The energy in Lucky Strike is so different when Dyontae Jackson isn’t there .vs. when he is there. He just truly brings amazing energy to the bowling alley and, he makes it an amazing experience every time. It almost seems effortless. Just the way he greets people, and makes sure every is taken care of is always above and beyond. He just brings the bowling alley to life. He’s an amazing employee and I hope he keeps up the good work!

Came here for my sons birthday from walking in the building we were greeted with great hospitality from the manager at the front desk he walked us over to our section and we were greeted by Lamont who waited on us was fantastic very attentive and friendly we had a great time and would recommend this location to our friends and family 10/10 experience

Went there for my daughters 13th birthday and the service was great! Ibrahim was such a hospitable server and Cristian as the manager was super professional and helpful! Great team, nice atmosphere and will certainly go back again

The upgrades they've done to this place are fantastic—the lanes run perfectly, the atmosphere is electric, and the energy is exactly what you want for a night out. What really sets this location apart, though, is the incredible staff. From the second we walked in, Khiry and TJ held it down with phenomenal service. They were fast, super attentive, and kept the positive vibes going the entire time we were there. The first thing I have to say this bowling alley is very clean, and the staff that works there are extremely friendly. To the point that I was surprised how friendly they were. We were taking care of at our lane by the staff at the restaurant. More than accommodating. The only problem that I had was that I paid for 2 hours of bowling, and my lanes cut off 15 minutes early, and while they did reset it for me, they only gave me 10 of the 15 minutes that was left. I didn't think that was quite fair, and I think they should at least let me finish bowling the frame out, but that's how the system is programmed so I guess you got to live with it. The only other thing that I have a problem with is the cost of bowling these days, which is totally outrageous and had it not been for a Groupon, I probably would not have had the family go bowling. However once I got there they pointed out that there are a special times throughout the week that you can bowl for a set price unlimited, so that's a big

I had an amazing experience this past weekend at Lucky Strike! We had a large party of about 25 people, and everything went so smoothly thanks to the incredible staff. Cristian, the manager, was extremely attentive and made sure our group was taken care of from start to finish. Sara, our hostess, was just as wonderful—friendly, organized, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I also want to give a big thank you to the nice young lady at the front (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) who was incredibly helpful getting our lanes set up and making sure everyone in our group got their bowling shoes. With a group of 25 people, that’s no small task, and she handled it with patience and a great attitude. Managing a group our size isn’t easy, but the team handled everything effortlessly and made the whole experience fun and stress-free. Our group of 6 had a pretty good time. The rental shoes were clean and the staff was friendly. One of the best part is their music selection is fabulous. Just gives you energy to keep bowling and enjoy with your friends.
