I like this bowling alley. Good lanes, new pins, and clean atmosphere. Prices are high for food items and drinks. Good league organization. Enjoy coming here.

Very nice bowling alley nothing to brag about though.

Just got back from the third grand opening of this place, but for the first time customer service was really good. Price is still a little high, but that’s everything these days. Gabby was a great first introduction to the place. She was super informative, funny, and polite. We got the entire rundown in enough time to take advantage of the specials. This time was nice enough I’ll actually plan to go again sometime soon.

I remember going here when it was Brunswick and how it went down hill and changed to Bowlero and now Lucky Strikes. I can definitely see the change was for the better!

Had a very good experience at the lanes. From manager Emma to Zach at the front desk down to our food and beverage server Zach our visit was great. They even made it a point to say thank you coming in and be safe going home. Thank you Team!!

Emma (manager) was great in setting up and accommodating our biweekly church Bible study and bowling group. Zach (front desk) has been very professional and helpful when asking for help with the room setup and shoe rentals. Morgan and Cortez (servers) have been super attentive when taking our group food/drink orders and getting our food to us. Overall, Lucky Strike is a great environment to have our study and enjoy a night of bowling. Thank you Lucky Strike!

I've seen a couple of "curiously" poor reviews on Yelp that are POLAR OPPOSITE of the experiences I/we have had over the past month. For us, it's been SUCH a great time... EVERY time! For the past month we have been meeting at Lucky Strike for our Vineyard Church of Augusta Small Group study. Lucky Strike has been gracious enough to provide us with a meeting room for each study, and also reserve two lanes for us to bowl after our study. Each time, members of our group have noted how impressed they were with the facility, the lanes, the technology, AND especially the staff. Specifically, the below individuals have made our study/bowling nights SUPER nice: Christie (Facility Manager): Even though she is always crazy busy and multi-tasking, she is intentional about checking in to make sure we're enjoying the time. Emma (Operations Manager): When we first approached Lucky Strike about having our study there, Emma talked us through what they had to offer and how they could accommodate us. a
