Bowlero is super fun for group activities!! They have an unlimited late night bowling which is perfect because I work pretty late regularly. The staff is super attentive and whenever there was a lane issue it was fixed almost immediately. I also highly recommend the cheesy dippers they are super delicious!! Will absolutely go again and will be planning future events there!!

Staff was super nice and friendly and the location was very clean and well kept. Pizza was cooked perfectly and the bartender mixed our drinks just right. Definitely a place I will come back to in the future and will recommend to friends and family

Stephanie the manager was above and beyond for my daughter’s last minute birthday get together yesterday evening. She made sure we got situated with the lanes for the kids we didn’t have to wait to long and stayed on top of making sure we all was good as far as food service bar service and servicing with the games! She made my daughters birthday a very memorable one thank you for going above and beyond for us

We love Bowlero. We go bowling there all the time. They are open longer in the summer and it's nice to have some fun and get out of the heat. Stephanie and Becky always take good care of us. Try the Bavarian pretzels. Yummy.

We had my boyfriend's son's birthday party here for the 2nd year. Not only because kids and adults alike love bowling but the staff here is amazing!! They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you paid for and more! Regina, our lane attendant was simply the best!! She helped us from the setup to the closing and everything in between! Everyone had a great time and needed for nothing! Regina checked on everyone and made sure everyone was happy and we were!! Highly recommend this place not only for parties but just for any normal day you want to just bowl! Great place to bring a date or hang out with friends!! The atmosphere just adds to the experience!! Highly highly recommend it!!

We love bowling at Bowlero. My husband and I bowl there a couple times a week and always have a great time. Becky, Stephanie and Eric take good care of us. They recommended we buy the summer pass and it saves us lots of money. We have met lots of nice people there and sometimes meet up and bowl together on the weekend. It's a friendly place and it's fun to watch the young kids bowl. Try bowling at Bowlero, It's a really great time.

Best Bowling Alley in Bakersfield!!!! Atmosphere is great and welcomes you the second you step in. With 35 opened Lanes you have plenty of room to share with friends and loved ones. The Alley also offers an Arcade area for littles and bigs to enjoy. A bar area is also an option for those who want to unwind for a bit . Restrooms are fully stocked and super clean. Shout out to Becky. She is a great host and wonderful person all around.

First time bowling here, the lanes were a bit dry but that's to be expected on Sunday afternoon after Saturday night open bowling. Seating area is nice and the approach was clean. The staff was friendly and none of my balls got damaged! That's definitely a plus for me if you've read my last bowling alleys review.

I came here with my family after a very stressful day. I was blown AWAY by the customer service. My family and I were warmly greeted by Andres and felt taken care of the entire time. He often checked up on us and recommended us food and drink. My kids went in acting so fussy and Andres was amazing at being patient and making sure we were well taken care of. It overall a great time for my family and I.

We had a great time. We went on Groupon and got the deal that included 2 hours of bowling with the shoes thrown in. The only thing is that on Sundays they have leagues so you can't bowl until after 8:00 p.m. but the pizza drinks nachos or outstanding.

The Bowlero team was great! I asked for accommodation to bring in some balloons earlier in the day for my event and they were super accommodating! From the moment I checked in to the minute that we left we always had someone checking in on us - everything was super cleanly including the restrooms! The bar had amazing service and all our food and drinks were amazing! - overall I’d recommend Bowlero to anybody that wants a good place to go for group events :)

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback from my visit this evening. First and foremost, I want to recognize Alexis, who was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, kind, and handled everything with such professionalism despite clearly being given a lot of responsibility. She truly stood out and made our experience better. I did notice that she was responsible for distributing food, handing out sodas and waters, and assisting guests all at once. It seemed like she was being pulled in many directions while other staff were not stepping in to support her. From a guest perspective, it felt like a missed opportunity -- not only for efficiency and service flow, but also for her personally. Alexis has the personality and skill set of a strong bartender, and it seemed like she wasn't being utilized in a way that allows her (or the business) to maximize her strengths or earning potential. She was essentially serving waters and sodas while having the ability to provide full bar service, which would benefit both her and the establishment. My intention in sharing this is truly positive. Alexis is a fantastic employee and clearly cares about the guests and the establishment. Supporting team members like her and ensuring responsibilities are balanced among staff would likely improve both customer experience and employee satisfaction. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I appreciate the effort that goes into running a busy place like yours and wanted to share feedback that I hope is helpful.
