We had a great time bowling with family. I do not understand why a person is scheduled at the front desk to communicate with patrons that can't be understood. The noise in the building is expected. But, this person could not be understood the four adults in our party. We could not understand our options/package for bowling.

I went to bowlero with my family for some fun family time before summer is over. I just wanted to say Susarai our waitress was super helpful as soon as we got to our lane she put the bumpers up for my son and she greeted us with a smile she was very positive the whole night. We ordered many rounds of water and she delivered everytime with very short waiting periods. She recommended the garlic Parm wings for our platter since we weren't sure what to get and they turned out to be delicious shout out to the cooks as well !! Overall Susarai definitely made our night keep up the great work bowlero!

I went here with 90 plus elementary school kids for a summer field trip. The kids had a great time. The employees at Bowlero were fantastic. The kids, even though we're using bumpers, we're getting the balls stuck all over the place and the they helped without complaining. Bowlero you ROCK. Thanks for the great time.

Had an absolutely amazing time! My friends and I visited recently and like always, it was a great time! Service was stellar and management is always checking to make sure things are perfect. The food from the snack bar was fresh and Jenn was extremely helpful. Ive never had a bad experience here and can confidently recommend Bowlero for any event.

From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my visit. What really stood out was how patient and attentive she was. No matter how busy things got, she stayed calm, positive, and focused on helping every customer. She went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had everything we needed, and she genuinely seemed to care that everyone was having a great time. I recently held my bday celebration here on the 3rd and my lil brother had bought a Groupon which was good for 2-hours of bowling, 4 people and including shoes... ALL for a mere $50 or $60 he told me it was. I was state champion back home in IL way back when and went to Nationals I/we were that good. I stopped bowling once my close cousin, (bro) was killed in freak accident (2001) and from that point on I stopped playing all sports together... Brought back memories memories I didn't plan on having.... take your family, we did the cosmic and loves every minute of it, we'll well worth it from Groupon so go look for it, restrictions in place so check before going. I think Mon-Thur in morning and afternoon it can be used. Double check on that plz... TIA
