My husband and I and our adult kids are just getting to Chicago after visiting Charlotte for the Bears game. We visited lucky strike after the Knights games on Saturday and met the most hardworking manager I'd ever seen. If we owned a business in Charlotte still, I'd definitely do whatever it took to bring her onboard. She was the only one in the building and let me tell you, the building was packed. But you would've never known unless you took a moment to really watch, and as former business owners, we noticed. But not in a bad way. She was patient, spoke to everyone with a smile, didn't rush our group or anyone else, when helping us. My daughter noticed first...that she sold us bowling, then she was also our bartender, then she also came to our lanes to see how we're doing and if we wanted to order food. So her and I casually approached the bar and ordered another margarita and started to chat. Not only had she never been a bartender before, which her drinks were great, but she in fa

This is a great timeout for family and friends. The location is in a busy part of Charlotte, footparking is very accessible to getting into Lucky Strike. The team is very friendly and knowledgeable and very customer focused. We had reserved the lane which was ready for us when we arrived. My two nieces a teen and a tween add so much to keep them busy between bowling, the best I've ever felt at my age the dozens of games and really tasty food options. There is also a centrally located bar, and their cocktail options for the 3 adults in my party were unique and yum! It is obvious that this staff prioritizes taking care of their customers. At the end of the night, the manager presented us with coupons for us to come back. And that's exactly what we're gonna do! Multi-generational fun. Great music. Tasty food options. Easy parking!

I may have left the initial review for the wrong location, but I wanted to make sure it reach the right team…the location in the epicenter by the diner. I just wanted to say thank you to the management team at the front desk. I think we visited on Sunday, with my husband and two small children. We were checking out and they noticed the tshirts and saw we’re expecting a boy finally! The 3 of them were just as excited as we were like they were hoping for a boy too! And that alone got my children excited all over again. So, thank you for pouring into our family joy like you were family as well.

Every single employee that we interacted with was such a positive helpful kind person. We did the VIP private session with unlimited food, drinks/alcohol, and bowling for our group of 10. It was such a great time everyone loved it. The staff did everything they could to make sure we had a good time. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

Jeremiah was a great host. We walked in my friend, and I unprepared not sure of what we wanted to do in his customer service was exceptionally the perv. He talked to us about the game rates and how things were running and how the pins were strings like he was very thorough in his introduction and we were just like so elated to go and roll and drink and have a good time overall he should run the store because his energy brings ownership. He could literally sell ice to Antarctica great time and the music is also really good.

Our son played some games. Honestly it wasn't an affordable spot for us. We had the opportunity to come and explore the area. For us it wasn't feasible to spend that kind of money, especially with us wanting to do other activities. The games were decent. Place was really nice.

Bowlero Charlotte truly saved the day for our team. After our original team building venue canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, their staff stepped in without hesitation and welcomed our group of 30+ guests, opening their facility nearly two hours ahead of normal operating hours to accommodate us. The team’s flexibility, professionalism, and genuine hospitality turned a stressful situation into an incredible experience. From start to finish, everything was well organized, the atmosphere was energetic and fun, and the staff made sure every member of our group felt taken care of. We are extremely grateful for their partnership and commitment to service. I highly recommend Bowlero Charlotte for team building events, group outings, or a fun night out, they go above and beyond to create a memorable experience.
