It takes a lot for me to be genuinely impressed by a place, but Lucky Strike absolutely delivered. I came in with my three kids to play arcade games and grab some food, and the entire experience was excellent. The menu is fairly simple, which I actually really appreciated, but everything we ordered was prepared extremely well. The food came out hot, fresh, and honestly better than I expected from a bowling and arcade venue. Sometimes a smaller, straightforward menu is better when the kitchen executes it this well. Our waiter, Steven, was the biggest standout of the visit. We actually made a mistake while ordering my son’s burger, and Steven handled it perfectly. He was attentive, informative, polite, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. He communicated extremely well, checked in on us without being overbearing, and represented the establishment exactly the way I would want an employee to if I owned the place myself. Mt daughter was bowling for Junior Gold Nationals U12 Girls. She mentioned the approaches were a bit sticky and some games were down, while laser tag unavailable due to storage of items while competition was taking place.

Mariah is amazing & so is her team!!! We have 40+ bowlers 5th thru 8th grade that come running in from the bus needing shoes & a lane... Mariah & her team get them setup quickly & on the lanes as fast as possible... Mariah & her team I just can't say enough about how amazing they are... Thank you!!!

Wow what a difference a year makes. Back in 2024 this place was a train wreck of neglect and heard they got a new manager and stopped in and it is SO MUCH BETTER NOW. Clearly all the problems had to do with the kid that was managing previously and whoever is running the bar/pool room now is on top of everything. All the cues and tables in good shape, the dart board that had been broken for months is fixed, staff is polite, service is quick, and totally positive experience. The only thing I could say that is even remotely negative is that they close too early, but that's it, everything else was great and NEW MANAGER OF THE BAR/POOL ROOM IS DOING A WONDERFUL JOB!!!!

Went here for bowling. Not too busy on a friday night due to snow. Very nice and amazing staff. Anytime I had an issue with my bowling lane, a staff member would take care of it immediately with ease. Plenty of lanes to bowl. Highly recommended if you're in the area!

The entire team at Bowlero Eden Prairie made my work event spectacular. I never had to worry about anything. The food was delicious, Chef Berto came out to check on us and he accommodated our food restrictions really well. Sophia was our server and she was outstanding! No one ever wanted for food or drinks. Ashley and Jasmine at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. We had a large group who needed different things at different times and they were so kind. The managers Mariah and Stephen checked in with us frequently and had a great rapport with all of us. I sincerely cannot recommend this place enough for corporate events or family fun.
