Top notch service !!! We celebrated our daughter 4th birthday!!! Very fun time. Bowling and food were amazing. And of course to top it off she won a prize at the newly remolded arcade

This is basically a second home for me and my family, I spend 4 days a week up here now in way or another. Between coaching highschool bowling, and my own personal bowling leagues, I spend alot of time, and get to know alot of the staff who are great as well. One of the managers, Todd, who I have had the pleasure of meeting has been absolutely incredible. Ive never had any major issue with anything at lucky strike but anything I have ever needed help with Todd has been the guy to answer it, even if he had to find out who had the answer, he was on top of it. He has helped with awards for the highschool students being out of his responsibilities and still took time to help. Ive seen him pick up in any area that needed help, from clearing tables, working the counters, the game room, all of it. For being a second home, its nice when the staff make everything so smooth. Thanks to Todd, other managers, and staff!

Our family spends a lot of time at Lucky Strike and each time we visit we experience the best customer service, delicious food, and the best time. Special thanks to Tod (gm)- we are very thankful for your kindness and your hardworking staff.

Todd, the manager, was amazing. We had my daughter’s 13th birthday party here. He let her climb inside of the cage and get a large stuffed animal. It made her day. He was so accommodating and kind.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating a family birthday at Lucky Strike Georgetown! The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and everyone in our group had a great time. A special thank you to Laronda Murphy, Assistant General Manager, who went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. She was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Her excellent customer service and leadership truly stood out, and we believe she deserves special recognition. The overall pricing felt expensive, and we felt the pizza portions/quantity could have been more generous and the pizzas could have been served faster, especially for a group celebration. Apart from that, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return. Thank you, Laronda and the Lucky Strike Georgetown team, for making our celebration so special!

Haven't been back here since it was Mel's. It was clean, well lit, staff was extremely friendly. The manager makes Lucky Strike customers feel good about their decision to go there. This is my go to place for indoor fun.

Great atmosphere, very kind staff, and tasty food! The highlight of the night was Todd being so kind and patient with my friends and I. He has a good sense of humor and a great conversationalist. will be returning because of him!

Great bowling alley. Awesome food. Well maintained, a friendly staff. A big arcade with a lot of games. There is also a VIP section for parties, and a restaurant connected to it.

We hosted my kids join birthday party here and everyone had a blast. Our server Jacoby and the manager Todd were both very attentive and accommodating. Excellent customer service all around. The food was surprisingly very good for a bowling alley, zero complaints. The place felt clean and updated. The kids had fun bowling and playing arcade games. This was a very low stress birthday party for me as a parent. I highly recommend it!

This place is clean, has great service & tasty food. I’d recommend cutting g your burger in half if you order one, as they’re kind of thick / tall.

Hadn't been in since they remodeled the place, had a great experience. Food was delicious, arcade was huge, staff was attentive. Everything looked nice and new and clean. They also keep it cool and dark in there, good way to spend a hot summer afternoon.

I just wanted to especially thank Laronda Murphy! She was the absolute sweetest person, and went above and beyond for my daughter that just celebrated her birthday. Helped us get our credits back when all the skeballs were stuck in one slot. Took time to talk to my daughter and tried really hard to interact with her. You don’t always get wonderful service like this at other busy places and I just wanted to praise her!
