We brought our family out for a night of bowling, and we had such an amazing experience! Carolina was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make sure our family had everything we needed. Her outstanding customer service truly made our night even more enjoyable. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely makes you feel so welcomed and valued. We went in for a last minute birthday party for my son, Julian and Gabriel made it amazing for him! They were super attentive and helpful. My son and his friends had an absolute blast and everything was great from the food to the decorations. Thank you Julian, Gabriel and Lucky Strike!

Went bowling with a couple of my buddies and we had a great time. Also, our server, Sebastian welcomed us with amazing energy and made sure our food and drinks came out alright which it did. Definitely will be coming back!

Sebastian is a great guy and always makes the bowling alley a fun place to be. It’s really busy today, but he still manages to stay on top of his lanes and make sure everything is taken care of. He’s friendly, helpful, and always willing to help when you need something. You can tell he actually cares about making sure everyone has a good experience.

I’ve been to this general bowling location over the past 20 years and have seen it change names- Lucky Strike is so updated, clean, and family-friendly! We recently hosted an event for families, with kids ranging from little toddlers to older teens, and everyone was able to have fun. Bibiana was a pleasure to work with. She kept track of details, was available for questions before the event, and made everything feel so frictionless the day of. We have personally retuned as a family and I’m looking forward to future birthday parties

Shout out to Bibiana! She so graciously helped plan my bowling outing for 6 people. The process was so smooth . She was very kind, knowledgeable , and made sure everything went smoothly for us. The experience was great and my child enjoyed herself very much. It takes a lot to work in customer service! But she is a gem & we will definitely continue coming to this location!

Great experience there only limited with the bowling balls on the machines which you would look for a ball you'd like and have to ask if anyone using it before you take from alley unlike other bowling alleys where they have racks full of balls in the aisle ways

Came in with a few of my friends tonight and our server, Sebastian, was the only server there but we still got our food quickly and left satisfied. Best server I’ve had in a very long time! The place was busy but Sebastian was excellent; very attentive and had an awesome personality.

Had such a fun evening at Lucky Strike Bowling! The location is great and very convenient. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the night. A special shoutout to manager Bibiana, who was amazing and made sure we had a wonderful experience. Truly appreciate the excellent service. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back!

We had an absolute blast at Lucky Strike Naperville! Our group of friends and kids had the best time — great vibes all around. The place was spotless, and we were especially impressed that there was zero wait time to get started. Shoutout to Operations Manager Bibiana Varma-Huicochea and the whole team for keeping everything running so smoothly. We'll definitely be back!

Had a couple problems but nothing too major. Not a bad spot to bowl with a couple friends. Wish the guy who was attending me suggested doing the unlimited bowling instead of going by game since it wouldve been cheaper but thats also my fault.
