We had such a great time at Lucky Strike celebrating a birthday! The atmosphere was fun, lively, and energetic, and it was the perfect way to kick off the celebration. Our reservation went smoothly, the space was clean and modern, and we were able to just relax, bowl, laugh, and enjoy ourselves. The food was really good, and my Tequila Sunrise was made to perfection! Overall, it was such a fun experience and a great spot for a birthday, date night, or just a night out. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come back!

What an amazing experience at Lucky Strike Naperville. We visited as a family and liked the cleanliness and the warm welcome by the staff especially I am so happy with how Mr. Jeff O. approached us for asking if we are doing good and treated with respect. Must visit place and don't forget to meet Mr. Jeff O, he is so energetic and positive person.

We had my daughter’s 13th birthday celebration at Lucky Strike Naperville and had such a great experience! While we were setting up, the “1” balloon we brought to make the number 13 accidentally popped. The manager noticed what happened and, without us even asking, went out to the store and bought us a replacement balloon. The girls had an amazing time bowling and celebrating together, and the staff was wonderful. Thank you for going above and beyond We truly appreciated it!

Huge improvements here over previous operations. Greatly modernized. As a traditionalist… i am not a fan of the strong pins. Doesn’t seem natural or real. That’s my only beef thus 4 and not 5 stars. Otherwise professionally run all the way.

This is js the best place I ever went to if u see this review it means it’s the best place ever it’s so fun! This shouldn’t be a 4.2 star rating it should be of the chart! More than 5.0 stars! I will be coming back… but I hope you guys make a small area for trampoline park not big Js small that would be great if not it’s ok this place is the best!!!!!! Also u guys gotta make the prices a little bit cheaper

We brought our family out for a night of bowling, and we had such an amazing experience! Carolina was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make sure our family had everything we needed. Sebastian is a great guy and always makes the bowling alley a fun place to be. It’s really busy today, but he still manages to stay on top of his lanes and make sure everything is taken care of. He’s friendly, helpful, and always willing to help when you need something. You can tell he actually cares about making sure everyone has a good experience.

I’ve been to this general bowling location over the past 20 years and have seen it change names- Lucky Strike is so updated, clean, and family-friendly! We recently hosted an event for families, with kids ranging from little toddlers to older teens, and everyone was able to have fun. Bibiana was a pleasure to work with. She kept track of details, was available for questions before the event, and made everything feel so frictionless the day of. We have personally retuned as a family and I’m looking forward to future birthday parties

My school scheduled an end of the year event through Bibiana. She made the process so easy. We showed up and had a blast! The service from Sebastian was also great for our large group. We hope to do it again next year!

Shout out to Bibiana! She so graciously helped plan my bowling outing for 6 people. The process was so smooth . She was very kind, knowledgeable , and made sure everything went smoothly for us. The experience was great and my child enjoyed herself very much. It takes a lot to work in customer service! But she is a gem & we will definitely continue coming to this location!
