We had my son’s birthday celebration at Lucky Strike last night and had such a great experience! The manager was absolutely wonderful from the moment we walked in. He knew exactly who we were, was incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of throughout the night. His hospitality really stood out and made our evening so much more enjoyable!

I just wanted to say that our server Kayla was amazing. She was the best server we've had in a while. She truly made this a five star experience and we will come back just to visit her because of her great hospitality and her amazing workmanship. There was also a another manager named Kayla, funny enough. She was also very nice and very hospitable. But the manager I believe his name was Nathan. He came to our lane every five minutes, asking if Caleb was doing a great job and she was. He also sounded very condescending and sarcastic. Honestly, I don't know why he is the manager. He honestly soured our entire experience, mostly because of his attitude and lack of charisma. If he wasn't there, it would've been an amazing experience.

Lucky Strike went above and beyond for our youth group! From the moment we arrived, the managers and staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. They were accommodating, easy to work with, and helped make our event a great experience for everyone. The facility was clean and well-maintained, the arcade games were in great condition, and the food was delicious. Our students had an amazing time, and everything ran smoothly thanks to their hospitality and attention to detail. We're so grateful for how well they treated our group and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Lucky Strike for group events, family outings, or just a fun night out! We will definitely be back!

The food is great and service was outstanding but this is not the place to go if you’re an actual bowler. The lanes hadn’t been oiled in days so if you have a curve it’ll be in the gutter before the break point. The pins are on a string, it’s not a real pinsetter. They’re not real pins and you don’t get any pin action. If you want a kid’s birthday party, this is the place. If you want to bowl, go to AMF by the 51.

Wonderful staff and service. It’s a super fun place to go and bowl. I’m a league bowler for 30 plus years and it took me 2 times to realize there were no racks. As an avid bowler, the string pins are no issue and no sliding pin waits.

We had such a great Birthday Party. Ryan was great making sure that I got the right package. Nathan welcomed us very well and explained everything clearly. He was checking to ensure I have everything I need for the party. Girl who was serving us did so great. Everyone enjoyed the party. The whole set up was wonderful as planned. I highly recommend this place.

Great experience at Lucky Strikes! The atmosphere was fun and everything felt clean and well run. Jamie was an amazing server—friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without being overbearing. Nathan, the manager, was also very present and made sure everything went smoothly. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great time bowling here even though it costs a bit more than usual spots. The pizza and margaritas were great, staff gave helpful tips and we got in right away, so I would definitely come back.

Had a great time here, a bit more pricey than typical bowling alleys but in all a great time! The pepperoni pizza was delicious, with a pitcher of margarita on the side! The employee helped me out and told me if you buy tickets from the counter rather than the kiosk you get a better deal which was helpful! I like the option of being able to have bumpers on just on of the players and it goes away for the rest. Went on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy, got seated right away. Will definitely be returning

Booked a birthday party for my daughter and found it to be a superb experience. The package included lot of extras and all of the kids had a great time. The staff worked super hard to ensure that it was a great experience from the moment we walked in. I really appreciated the customer service and quality of the experience! Really nice bowling alley! Loved it! Very friendly staff, bowling balls were already lined out at each lane, and the service from the staff was phenomenal! They offered us waters to start, we didnt have to ask them, and they followed up with refills on drinks etc! Only thing was i wished they had a 9lb ball, but it wasn't the end of the world, we still had so much fun! Highly recommend!

Their Management Team at the N. Scottsdale location, (Nathan and the other female Managers, etc..) are absolutely amazing! They are friendly, helpful, appreciative, reasonable, considerate, and very accommodating. They have an excellent Team that all works so well together and really made us feel taken care of. Thank you Lucky Strike and keep up the great work with the right people on a great Team! We all talked about how great you guys did!
