Had a really good bowling experience here. It was mine and my families first time coming in here. Sean and Vanessa were super helpful when it came to getting us set up on our lane. Ashley was an amazing server. My kids absolutely loved her. The arcade is huge and so many different prizes to choose from. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I had a mommy-daughter date today and decided to go bowling. When we got there, it was packed from what looked like either a school event or summer camp! We decided to stay because the manager on duty did not miss a beat. He wasn't stressed and he seemed like he was taking care of everyone. When we had trouble with the bumpers getting stuck, he moved us to a different lane and more importantly made my daughter smile again and that to me is priceless. Thank you so much Jack for your help today. You are a shining star!

Yesterday, I did a walk in to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. As soon as I walked in, i was greeted by the manager, Jack (who is AMAZING, by the way). Jack and Mikey Who worked at the front desk, were both very nice and helpful. They worked together to make sure all of my lanes were together so that all of our guests could stay together. Kelsey and Daria took care of us as well, making sure our food was good and everyone had their soft drinks. It was such a good experience to have a team that was so welcoming and took care of us the entire time we were there. It’s just nice to be in a place that cares about their guests and follows up to make sure everyone has what they need. My daughter and her friends had a good time! As we were leaving, we heard Jack greeting some new customers who had just come in with a warm welcome, telling them, “Come on in, don’t be shy.” It was really nice to see. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be anymore, so it was refreshing to b

So my family and I came down to the collections just to hang with no plans. Ended up walking into Lucky Strike. Playing for about an hour and ended up losing my card. Even though the points is not what we were there for I was still bumb. But "CAPT. JACK" came to the rescue. Honestly great service. I would deff come back just based on how we were treated.!

The place is huge! It has bowling alleys on opposite sides and arcades and dining in the middle. We went on a Sunday and it wasn't too crowded but we had a lot of fun. The bathrooms are clean and everything was well maintained.

I love this spot! Whether for my family or my employees this is such a great spot for a resort style service where you can be spoiled and serviced as if you were on vacation- but it's right in your backyard! I always be sure to search Groupons, or use coupons because you can find some really great deals. Also reach out to the business for their specials and deals because they will take care of you. Ps I love their bathrooms, so comfy and clean. The hosts are great and explain everything to you. Even if you're a pro bowler or a newb like me, you'll have fun. Bring the family! Eight of us went to Bowlero for a birthday celebration the other night. Our server, Kitty, was AMAZING! She kept our group of senior women very happy throughout the evening. Kitty handled special requests with great care and professionalism. She was friendly and attentive. I have Celiac disease, and despite the fact that everything on Bowlero's menu contains gluten, Kitty listened carefully to my concerns and informed the chef, who was able to take special precautions and create a gluten-free meal for me that was both safe and delicious. I truly appreciate Kitty and the Chef for their customer satisfaction emphasis. Highly recommend!

Bolero - Lucky Strike Oxnard is a very nice game center. It’s just not an authentic bowling alley. The lanes a sheet linoleum that have the appearance of wood and the pins are attached to cords and don’t completely fly about in the same manner as one would expect. If you’re a serious bowler this may not be for you. If you’re just out to have some fun with family and friends, or a kids birthday party, you will probably have a good time. The bathrooms are clean, the beer is cold, and the food is better than average bowling alley food!
