Probably one of the best lucky strikes or bowling alleys around! Always clean. Almost 30 well kept lanes. Great kitchen with a top notch bar. Great for birthday parties or private events. What makes this place top shelf is the staff!! If I could give them ten stars I would, they deserve it!!

This place is amazing, and customer service is the best I’ve had in years. Jenna was informative, had a great personality, and made my family feel welcome. We had an amazing time doing putt putt golf. Glow in the dark btw! Arrrrgh!!!

Very nice place, clean, tons of bowling alleys, arcade room. Great place to hang, eat, bowling, and play video games. Friendly staff, we had a great time, as well as the students.

You need to know one thing about this alley, and it's that the staff here are awesome. Over the summer, our young adults group bowled almost three times a week (if not more) and had so much fun! I always love chatting with the staff here because they make my day, and hey! -- I bet they would make your day too. And even If you're a little shy, don't worry, the bowling here is pretty schweet too. Since this used to be Fat Cats, then turned into Bowlero... then turned into Lucky Strike! -- it's cool to see that they have kept the original free-fall pin machines. Now with this alley recently switching names again, they have brand schpankin' new house balls that feel pretty nice; although... nothing will ever beat a properly fitted ball. Food here is pretty enjoyable as well. I pray to Jesus that they'll keep the chicken sandwich on the menu Overall, this place is awesome, but even then, no place is ever perfect. I still have a conviction about the projector screens flashing Tik-Tok and the

This place was actually pretty fun. The bowing was pretty affordable. The music was good. I had a r3ally fun time there with my partner. And after bowling, we played giant Jenga. My only complaint is that the sodas we got were ungodly expensive.

Friendly staff, good experience

Really enjoy the atmosphere here it is clean, there are padded bench seats instead of the hard plastic seats at most bowling alleys, large arcade, good food (moderate price) and I felt comfortable enough to go there by myself as a woman. Very friendly staff. Clean environment.

If you want the best customer service experience, bowlero promenade is the way to go! The two girl employees at the desk yesterday are amazing! Very respectful and helpful every time we go. They are hilarious, they make you feel extremely special as soon as you walk through the doors. Sadly I always forget to get their names! But they make us wanna go back just to see them. Our server Karen, has to be the best server in our experience. She’s polite and always is on top of her game! If you see those three girls just know your night is going to be amazing!

Highly recommend for a fun night out with family and friends!

We had such a great bday here for our 6 year old. Everything went so smoothly from the food to the bowling to the arcade. The kids had a total blast. The managers, servers, and everyone else who helped us out were awesome and attentive! We would definitely have a party here again. Thank you so much!

If you’re looking for a place that guarantees a great time, Bowlero absolutely delivers. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is electric—modern, upbeat, and way beyond your typical bowling alley. The lanes are top-notch, the seating is comfortable, and everything feels clean and well-maintained. What really stands out is the experience. The music, lighting, and overall vibe make it just as fun to hang out as it is to bowl. The staff is friendly, attentive, and keeps things running smoothly even when it’s busy. And the food? Surprisingly great. It’s not just your standard snack bar—there’s a solid menu with options that actually hit the spot whether you’re there for a quick bite or hanging out for a while. Whether you’re going with friends, family, or even for a date night, Bowlero makes it easy to have a memorable time. Definitely one of the best entertainment spots around.
