Outstanding Customer Service from Andrew White! I want to give a special shout-out to Andrew White, the Assistant General Manager, for his exceptional customer service and kindness. When our bowling plans didn't go as expected, Andrew was incredibly understanding. Although a refund wasn't possible because of the special rate I had purchased, he kindly offered arcade gift cards and later went above and beyond by giving us free game coupons so we could return another time. He absolutely didn't have to do any of this, but he chose to help us out. It's rare to encounter someone who is so thoughtful, generous, and genuinely willing to help. Andrew turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I sincerely appreciate his kindness and flexibility. Thank you, Andrew, for going above and beyond! You are a wonderful example of outstanding customer service, and your management team is lucky to have you!

We celebrated my son’s 14th birthday today with the family and everything was amazing! Everything went so smoothly, the food was delicious, and the staff was incredible and very attentive. They made the whole experience feel special and we all had such a great time. I would definitely visit again and celebrate my teens’ birthdays here. Highly recommend!

Yesterday my son had his 6 birthday at this venue. The party was around 4pm perfect time for the little ones.I tell you he enjoyed him self with family friends. classmates he had a ball . With a lot of family friendly amenities at this bowling alley. Plus that had little ramps for the little ones to push the bowling ball off right down the lanes. So even if the kid is 3yrs old with parents help they can bowl. We paid for 10 kids to play the games they had there own personal game card . And for the kids to bowl for about a hour and a half. From the bowling alley playing against his friends and family. To all the games in their game room . The place was rocking from the beginning to the end. The parking lot out front was convenient as well. The food was amazing their chicken tenders and fries were delicious. You definitely can’t forget about lucky strike cheese pizza pie ,it definitely hit the spot plus they had some really good funnel cake fries.Pitchers of water and punch with a pitc

I was looking to go bowling plus groupon and a deal so I chose this location. 1st they have on-site parking which is great. For a Saturday we were able to grab a lane right away no waiting I was surprised. Typically on Saturdays it can get busy in most bowling alleys. Staff was pretty even told us we could bowl without shoes. We ordered the sampler platter which was good. So food and drinks came fast. They also have a bar and arcade games aswell. So overall its a nice spot to visit with friends and family.

This was part of a company team outing. We were treated very well, professional on the part of the general manager and waitress, the place was cool with a variety of games and food, our team will be going back again soon for another team outing, this was a special occasion for us since we are Mobile Crisis team and we all really needed to have fun, thank you!

Went to practice with my new ball. The alley was set up for rec play, dark lights, glowing pins. Dira, the manager offered to put me on lane 3 and she’d put the lights on for me down there. Really above and beyond with everything. Amazing experience. Quality lanes too if you’re interested in league bowling. Will absolutely be back.

We celebrated my 9-year-old daughter’s birthday here with a pretty big group and it was honestly such a great experience! We originally paid for up to 12 kids, but more ended up coming, and anything extra could just be added to the final bill at the end, which made everything so much easier. The adults were able to order alcoholic drinks too and add them to the bill. The food was surprisingly really good, and having unlimited food and pizza was incredible, especially with that many kids. What really stood out to me was the service. The manager and supervisor were always around checking on us and making sure we were okay and had everything we needed. I never felt like I had to go looking for someone or worry about anything. Everyone had a great time, not just the kids but the adults too. Everything felt organized, the staff was super attentive and friendly, and for everything that was included, I honestly don’t think the price was bad at all. If you’re looking for a place to have

Lucky Strike Queens is a fun and welcoming place to visit, and the staff works hard to make sure every guest has a great experience. Emeury is professional, helpful, and always works to ensure everything runs smoothly. Nataly, one of the servers, provides friendly and attentive service to guests throughout their visit. At the front desk, Sean and Brandon welcome guests, assist with check ins, answer questions, and help make the experience as smooth as possible

I don’t get to spend time with my family a lot but we recently decided to do bowling every friday to start bonding more. It used to be our thing when we were younger and when it used to be bowlero. So it brings back a lot of genuine memories. Thank you George Douskalis for being such an awesome server!
