We had a reservation for 8:30 PM at Lucky Strike in Wayne, NJ, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was excellent. We were immediately escorted to our two reserved bowling lanes, which made the check-in process quick and easy. There was an issue with the timing of the reservation, but the general manager quickly resolved and restored the two hour timeslot for each lane A big shout-out to Paige, Cammie, and the manager, Yaneli, for providing outstanding customer service. They frequently checked in with us throughout the evening to make sure everything was going well, and their attention to detail really made our visit enjoyable. The food was also very good for this type of establishment. My only recommendation would be to consider renovating the bathrooms, as they feel a bit dated compared to the rest of the venue. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back!
