Entered the arcade to allow my kids to have some fun before we chose to go home. As I walked through the arcade, I thought about ordering a drink. I walked up to someone washing the dishes and asked him for a recommendation. He told me he enjoyed pineapple, so he recommended a Island time. Even though he didn't prepare my drink, he helped me to place my order with Jordann. She was a really nice and gentle worker; she managed to prepare my drink while assisting another guest simultaneously! It seemed as though she prepared my drink just for me, and it improved my mood for the evening.

My husband and I ended up coming here on a whim after our wedding ceremony with our closest friends and family. We didn’t even mention we had just gotten married to the staff but they caught onto why we were all together and they were so kind and gifted us a bowling pin to have us remember this day. They were truly so genuine and welcoming to all of us and they made our night so much more memorable and fun. Stacy, especially was so kind and said she was just happy to see a moment like this happen. I will forever share this experience with everyone !

Went yesterday and Jessica helped us. She was so nice and made my son's birthday outing the best day we could have hoped for. She has helped us before and she is always in a great mood, super sweet and goes out of her way especially for the kids. I cant thank you enough for helping us make Cooper's day that much more special. We will be back to see you soon!

You already know you're going to get the best service whenever Jessicah is there . If she's not there, it's honestly a toss-up! Her smile, energy, and positive attitude always make the experience better. She brings such a positive and happy energy that makes you feel welcomed every time

This location is in the Santa Anita mall. Consequently, there is a large lot and parking structures. Regardless, the lots get full at peak hours: weekends, holidays, and sometimes evenings. It can be challenging to get a spot, but you can always park very far out and walk. We went on National Bowling Day and on a Sat so it was very crowded. Since we had a relatively large group we skipped the specials and just made a ln online reservation to secure our spot. While we were having lunch in the food court before our reservation, we saw that a line formed before they even opened. (Other Yelpers note that this is typical for this location and not just due to the holiday.) When we showed up for our reservation after lunch there was a short line inside. We got our shoes relatively quickly and the manager escorted us to our lane. We arrived during the 15 min grace window for our reservation. You enter your names on the key pad and the computer keeps score for you. They have little ball drop ra

Was looking for a fun day for both us parents and the kids before summer break ends. Lucky Strike was perfect with bowling and games for the kids and cold beer and drinks for us. The servers were really helpful in keeping everything smooth. Annalise ,Gen, and Zeke were all very nice and quick. Will definitely come back and hope to see them again.

My family and I had an awesome experience here last week. The customer service Annalise and Zeke made all the difference. They were friendly, attentive and most importantly extremely knowable of the food and drink recommendations. We will continue to come back and recommend this place to friends same family. Thank you guys for the great experience.

Jessicah was our server the other day. Friendly and professional. Kudos for coming by and then following up. Normally I have to flag someone down just to get a cup of water, but not that day.

Jessicah & Malaki were very helpful and attentive. They were also very kind and friendly. They are the type of people that I would imagine when it comes to having great customer service. 10/10 would recommend them to help with a service they are amazing. Thank you to them once again.

The current staff here today are awesome!!! Made our stay and play much more enjoyable by providing excellent service; imagine that! It's ashamed to see other places lacking, especially at a place of fun and entertainment. Thank you to the guys up front (I didn't catch their names!) to our server Jessicah whom went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Ya'll scored a perfect 300 in our books!
