Went yesterday and Jessica helped us. She was so nice and made my son's birthday outing the best day we could have hoped for. She has helped us before and she is always in a great mood, super sweet and goes out of her way especially for the kids. This location is in the Santa Anita mall. Consequently, there is a large lot and parking structures. Regardless, the lots get full at peak hours: weekends, holidays, and sometimes evenings. It can be challenging to get a spot, but you can always park very far out and walk. We went on National Bowling Day and on a Sat so it was very crowded. Since we had a relatively large group we skipped the specials and just made a ln online reservation to secure our spot. While we were having lunch in the food court before our reservation, we saw that a line formed before they even opened. (Other Yelpers note that this is typical for this location and not just due to the holiday.) When we showed up for our reservation after lunch there was a short line inside. We got our shoes relatively quickly and the manager escorted us to our lane. We arrived during the 15 min grace window for our reservation. Was looking for a fun day for both us parents and the kids before summer break ends. Lucky Strike was perfect with bowling and games for the kids and cold beer and drinks for us. The servers were really helpful in keeping everything smooth. Annalise ,Gen, and Zeke were all very nice and quick. Will definitely come back and hope to see them again.

The current staff here today are awesome!!! Made our stay and play much more enjoyable by providing excellent service; imagine that! It's ashamed to see other places lacking, especially at a place of fun and entertainment. Thank you to the guys up front (I didn't catch their names!) to our server Jessicah whom went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Ya'll scored a perfect 300 in our books!

One of the better locations for bowling in the area! Great staffing who is always accommodating, well kept and clean sitting areas/lanes and overall a great time. Shout out to Kylie and Thomas for making our visit to Lucky Strike memorable! Their service was excellent. Thomas the operations manager was so welcoming and made sure we were taking care of. Kylie was our server and she was so attentive our food and drinks came quick and she brought us waters and made sure to refill them. The facility is so clean and the food is delicious! I highly recommend coming to this location to spend time with friends or family.

Came here when it was Bowlero. Stopped coming because the food and service was subpar. Didn't feel welcomed. Decided to try it again when it became Lucky Strike. What a huge difference! Our first family gathering was so fun that when we won a free bowling party, we didn't hesitate to return. There is a distinctive difference between the service we revieved at Bowlero and Lucky strike. Why? I totally believe it's the management team. They truly lead by example. Thomas the manager..he was clearing tables in the lanes. Without hesitation, he ran down to help front desk as we were a party of 20 and holding up the lines. When he walked away, I commented to his staff how nice that was. The response I got from the.staff was so complimentary of his management style. On our second bowl party , Jocelyn the Assistant manager who set up my party checked us in. Soon as I walked up to the counter, I felt welcomed. She even walked us to out lanes. Who does that? We have been coming to this location for several years, and whenever we get Jessica as our server, she ensures we have a wonderful experience! Jessica is personable, attentive, and always accurate with our food/drink orders. Even when there are multiple birthday parties and lots of people demanding her attention, Jessica checks in on us and keeps our drinks refilled. My kids and even my 70-year-old mother have commented on what a great server Jessica is! She makes us want to go bowling more frequently!

We had my daughter's birthday party here a few days ago. It was amazing. I think our servers name was Jen and the manager was Roxana(I might be wrong about the names). But they made everything perfect. I'm so glad we decided to do this. The kids had a great time. And the staff took care of everything. My daughter is turning 9, this has been the easiest year for me. I just showed up and everything was taken care of. It was great because I could actually enjoy myself and see my daughter have fun instead of running around like a crazy person.

Such a great experience I had! Staff was attentive and service was exceptional. As soon as we walked in the staff greeted us and made it feel like a warm welcoming environment. I work at raging waters and they were able to grant my employee discount perks easily with no questions asked, such a seamless process and a fun experience! Everything was great from the arcade games to the food and drinks! Played 2 games of bowling with 2 of my friends and we had hella fun. But the highlight of the night was the one and only JESSICA as our amazing, incredible, astonishing, stunning, and breathtaking server!! She was great, attentive, and such a kind lady. My homie spilled his drink and she came outta nowhere and started helping us with the mess. Had a great experience but her excellent, outstanding, exceptional, and top-notch service made our night complete! If management sees this review make sure to give her a $5 raise!
