We had our Family night and when I say family I mean 20 plus people! We had a blast and Emma the manager was a fantastic host! She assisted with putting the names in the machine! Had a very good experience at the lanes. From manager Emma to Zach at the front desk down to our food and beverage server Zach our visit was great. They even made it a point to say thank you coming in and be safe going home. Thank you Team!!

Emma (manager) was great in setting up and accommodating our biweekly church Bible study and bowling group. Zach (front desk) has been very professional and helpful when asking for help with the room setup and shoe rentals. Morgan and Cortez (servers) have been super attentive when taking our group food/drink orders and getting our food to us. Overall, Lucky Strike is a great environment to have our study and enjoy a night of bowling. Thank you Lucky Strike!

I've seen a couple of "curiously" poor reviews on Yelp that are POLAR OPPOSITE of the experiences I/we have had over the past month. For us, it's been SUCH a great time... EVERY time! For the past month we have been meeting at Lucky Strike for our Vineyard Church of Augusta Small Group study. Lucky Strike has been gracious enough to provide us with a meeting room for each study, and also reserve two lanes for us to bowl after our study. Each time, members of our group have noted how impressed they were with the facility, the lanes, the technology, AND especially the staff. Specifically, the below individuals have made our study/bowling nights SUPER nice: Christie (Facility Manager): Even though she is always crazy busy and multi-tasking, she is intentional about checking in to make sure we're enjoying the time. Emma (Operations Manager): When we first approached Lucky Strike about having our study there, Emma talked us through what they had to offer and how they could accommodate us. a

Very clean lanes, and decent food options. Only concerns were one of the ball returns and wiping down in the arcade. Staff is very helpful when asked for assistance and response to issues were quick and professional.

Everything was perfect for the birthday party we had here - from the responsiveness and care that we got from the staff to the quality of the food. We have gone to several different places, and this place is unmatched as far as service goes. Kudos to the hiring manager for finding incredible people that take ownership of customer experience, and kudos to the incredible people who make every visit and every event enjoyable.
