The venue is great! The service is quick and the people are nice. There are always lanes available. Unlike most bowling alley's where all the lanes are taken up by league. It's kid friendly with a beautiful arcade. They have a great variety of food and drinks and they bring it to your lane. We love coming here!!!

My kids and I had a great time bowling this last Tuesday. We had great service from Ryan and Ray. There was also a young lady the desk and bar but I did not get their names. I feel bad because they definitely deserve a shout out.

This was our second time at Lucky Strike, and it has always been a great experience. Yesterday, my family celebrated my son's 5th birthday there. Since we only have two kids in the family, we booked the Adult Social Event package, which included food, shoes, three lanes for 16 people for 2.5 hours, and a signature bar package with unlimited soft drinks and continuous bar service for beer, wine, and signature cocktails. The food was great, and the staff were very attentive about refilling everything as soon as it ran out. I can't recall the names of our host and the bartender who assisted us, but they were both wonderful. Even the chef introduced himself, which we really appreciated. The host and bartender were very friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time. Thank you for making the celebration so special!

The staff here is really friendly and go out of the way to satisfy the customers. League bowling and lane conditions are top notch! Open bowling is hit and miss, lanes are typically worn out from league bowlers and you kinda gotta hope you don't get stuck bowling next to folks that don't understand lane etiquette. It's definitely a top notch fun center for the kids and very well maintained and organized for league. I'd up my 4 stars to 5 stars if they could post a video or even some bullet points on how lane etiquette works for beginners or casual bowlers. I just can't get a good practice session in when I'm getting cut off. With all that said it's still a fun customer focused place to bowl. Cody at the pro shop is the man and definitely knows how to dial in your equipment and gives great advice! Happy Bowling!

Friendly community feel to the place. People are talkative if you’re open to it. The summer deal pass where you get free games everyday is a must especially if you have kids. Though I don’t know if I can eat chicken tenders and fries everyday.. I’ll have to try their salad next time. Maybe I’ll also try their mixed drinks too..

We had a great experience here! The staff greeted us right away, explained the deals, and got us on a lane immediately when we arrived around 8:30pm on a Tuesday. The food was surprisingly good, and the bartender was fast, friendly, and attentive all night. While the food and drinks were a little on the pricey side, the excellent customer service absolutely made up for it in our opinion. Our group of 5 had a blast, stayed until just before closing at 10:45pm, and left full and happy for around $135 total. I definitely recommend the sampler platter and the specialty crafted drinks!

I had my daughter's 7th birthday party here, and I truly couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate her special day. The setup was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly attentive from start to finish. A huge shoutout to the manager on duty, Rey he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He consistently checked in and made sure nothing was missing for me or my guests. Rudy was also amazing very attentive and detail oriented. Both of them made our little girl's celebration feel extra special. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. I also really loved the party packages they offer I highly recommend the arcade package since the kids had such a great time with it! Overall, we were very pleased with this place and would absolutely celebrate here again!

I must admit, at first I was skeptical. Corporate entertainment conglomerate purchased local house. Then I saw what they'd done with the place. The staff was amazing. Veronica behind the desk got us set up and ready. Jami handled our refreshment orders and ray came by to give me a firm hand shake and thank me for my time. I showed up with questions... I left, with memories.

Came in with my Husband and 2 kids to bowl tonight and the service was incredible. We got onto our lanes very quickly and we're impressed with how nice all the workers were. We talked to the manager Krystal and she was very sweet and helpful with any questions we had about how to book a party for my son. We will be back for sure and can't wait until the party.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my 4yo Birthday Party here. From the moment I called i was treated with friendly, professionalism and was offered several packages for my budget and party size. When we arrived (30 minutes early) to set up, management team and my server Jessica welcomed my family and took great care of us. We always had endless food, drinks and someone asking us we needed anything. Im grateful for the excellent customer service and would definitely plan another party really soon!!!
