I haven't been to Lucky Strike since it was Bowlero. Veronica and Brandon were so friendly. They set the atmosphere just right and their customer service is excellent! I'll definitely be back! Thanks Veronica and Brandon for making my visit so awesome and filled with laughter!

Really enjoyed our experience here! Came in for a birthday party with my son and his 4 friends. Got the package deal and real felt great about how it turned out. The boys had fun bowling and stayed off their phones (most) of the time. Food good and they got to eat their fill. Tony the manager made sure we were happy and checked on us multiple times. Place was clean and staff was very polite. Very highly recommended and we will be back!

we were there earlier today and Justine was was so sweet and attentive and got us everything we needed very promptly and checked in on us even after we closed out our tab to see if we needed refills or anything else. the best service we'd had anywhere in AWHILE.

Went out with the family Saturday and our bartender Veronica at Lucky Strike was amazing! She was working by herself on a very busy night, handling difficult customers and what appeared to be little server support. Despite all of that, she stayed professional, friendly, and was especially kind to my family. She handled a tough situation with grace and definitely deserves recognition and more support!

Had an awesome night out with my coworkers, and Veronica really made the night memorable! She was an incredible bartender, super friendly, and made sure we were having a great time. We had such a fun experience and genuinely enjoyed hanging out there. We’ll definitely be back again—thanks for a great night, Veronica!

The arcade was actually really cool and the staff was awesome! I wasn't sure how to play the VR games and a manager named Lucy came over and showed me how it worked.

There’s no salad on the menu! No one remembers my name and my wife divorced me in the 7th frame after getting 3 spares!
