I booked my son's 14th birthday party online and accidentally selected the wrong location. When I arrived the general manager, Dietrich quickly pivoted, retrieved my order from the computer and he and his staff had the party set up in only a few minutes, all before guests arrived. It was a major relief that they could make such a quick adjustment, and were happy to help. Very pleasant staff, kids had a ton of fun. Great customer service! Still the best place for bowling and bowling parties in the suburbs!

We came here with a big group of about 13 or 14 people for my Mom's birthday, The manager D'mitry was amazing he went above and beyond to make sure we all were taken care of he even provided us with a deal/promo early that didnt start until half an hour after we arrived. He knew how to make us feel welcomed and that we chose the right place to celebrate an occasion. The atmosphere was great the food was fantastic all came out quick and we had no complaints. He even threw in a game card for my little nephew that was with us so he wouldn't feel left out with all the grown ups bowling. That type of customer service is what this world is missing. We definitely will be back to this specific location in Buffalo Grove for more celebrations just because of the great service D'mitry provided for us.

Went to a kids birthday party on Sunday and the place is amazing and clean. Service and food was top notch. My daughter won a toy from the arcade section and it broke later that night and she was super sad. We went the next day so I could buy another one but the place wasn’t open yet. The general manager saw us and let us in and gave it to her for free. Service is top notch!!!!!!!!!!

Kudos to Bowlero for keeping this facility in tip top shape! We visited the arcade which is routinely updated and found every game to be in perfect working order! There are a ton of fun games and the staff is super helpful! The payouts on the ticketing games are generous and the redemption pricing is quite fair as well. We enjoyed our time here and can't wait to visit again! UPDATE: Went back and the place is just as good as it was! Plus the bartender pours great drinks! ANOTHER UPDATE: Back again. Still great!

Great Bowling Alley. This place is so much fun. It’s newer inside and super clean. Gas many bowling lanes, a big arcade, laser tag and great food! Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Would highly recommend!
