I went here with my boyfriend, it went well. Only thing was just the system on our lane was not working whatsoever, just a bit frustrating. It wasn't too much of a big deal though. But staff were really nice and helpful, about that. The food was good and I had a nice experience for a decent price.

The staff is super friendly. AJ, Eli, Lauren, James, and Rachel make it such an enjoyable experience. Sometimes it seems they are understaffed on shifts, but the ones working try to keep up with the large crowds that go through. The wings and pizza are delicious although they took the non breaded wings off the menu. There's the guy that runs to the back to fix the machines too! The staff seem to be doing their best to provide a wonderful experience with what they have.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic spot for team events! The Bubbles LaundryRoom team recently hosted our quarterly team-building event and luncheon at Lucky Strike in Cerritos, and we had an absolute blast! What really set the experience apart was the manager Katie. She was amazingly friendly, attentive, and accommodating from start to finish. She made sure every detail was taken care of—from the bowling lanes to the delicious food and drinks—so our team could just relax and have fun. Excellent service, great energy, and a seamless setup—we will definitely be back for our next team event!

It was fun and although other people are saying the bad customer service you can't blame the staff entirely because of their intense understaffing. Be mindful of other people and don't think everything will cater to you, instead of complaining, make the best of it instead like i did. Goo Lucky Strike!!

From my experience my friends and I really liked this place. Our person to bring food was the only one there I think so it took him a while to get to us but once he did he was very nice and attentive. We were compensated for one of our guests that didn't arrive. And we just had a blast!

$64 Groupon for 4 ppl, 2 hours of bowling & shoes. Full retail $207. Not valid until 24 hours after purchase. Not valid on Saturdays after 6 PM. If you plan ahead, Groupon is the way to go! All the Bowleros are changing to Lucky Strike. I bought the Bowlero but was able to use it here. Cushy couches, nice lighting, all age friendly and we had no machine malfunctions that I'm accustomed to at the older bowling alleys. Arcade is preloaded cards, averages out $0.50 per credit with extra free credits if you buy the package with more credits. Prize redemption is fully automated & can back up when kids stall on what they want. $3 worth of game tchotchkes which will be forgotten 48 hrs but the gaming is what they'll remember.

I was excited when I saw that Bowlero had been bought out by Lucky Strike. I thought they'd do a remodel and make this place nicer like some of the other Lucky Strike bowling alleys I've been to. Nope! Looks EXACTLY THE SAME hahhaa. That being said, it's still a decent bowling alley. It's usually dark with blacklights, etc. Even almost all of the arcade games are the same as it used to be. The staff is pretty nice, but sometimes the lines get really long. It also takes a long time to get service sometimes since there are too few staff. Food is typical bowling alley fare -- don't expect anything spectacular. Same with drinks, but that's fine. I don't come here to eat.

6.13.26 UPDATE The Cerritos location still gets a low score for the bad customer service experience we had there, but Lucky Strike's customer service was fast to respond and is on point. I was contacted by Lucky Strike's customer service dept and they were very considerate and accommodating. Even though the staff at Cerritos was correct, they offered to send free passes to compensate for the inconvenience and poor customer service at that location. The coupon does stipulate that it can't be used after 6 pm but clearer communication from the Cerritos staff when we called to confirm ahead of time and/or just a little bit of consideration and good customer service skills when we arrived would have made ALL the difference. Thank you Ms. Huggins for your prompt assistance and immediate response.

"This Birthday/Bowling/Food Party was so much fun & to see my 9 year old great grandson, friends from his baseball team, family & friends will be something l will treasure as long as God permits me down here!!. The pizza, French fries, chicken breasts were definitely yummy!! To see alot of the adults bowling & just taking it in stride as my oldest daughter hasn't ever bowled!!. Even me, at 75 through a couple of balls. Omgosh l had so much fun!!. Watching all sizes of kids get better as they bowled, you could see alot of high 5's. We had no quibbles, just good clean fun!!. Will definitely come back!!. Thank you!!".

Came here last minute to celebrate a birthday, and it actually worked out really well. I was able to put myself on the waitlist from home and reserve two lanes together. The wait was about an hour and a half, but since I called ahead, it didn't feel long at all by the time I got there. I did end up arriving about 15 minutes late, but after calling to let them know I was on the way, they were nice enough to still hold our lanes for us -- which I really appreciated. Despite some of the other reviews I've seen about service, I personally had a great experience. Our server was super helpful and everything we ordered came out in a timely manner. The only downside was the restrooms, which were a little dirty and could definitely use more upkeep. That was really the only thing that stood out in a negative way. We played two games and had a lot of fun, but I will say... bowling is definitely more expensive than I remember Overall, a fun spot for a last-minute celebration and I'd come back agai

It was my first time at Bowlero and it definitely was different than your average bowling experience. Walking in the first thing I noticed was how dim the lighting was. This was to emphasize the glowing pins. There were big screen tvs so across the far wall with music videos, sports, and other. Each lane has comfortable couch like seating and a table for drinks and food. If you reserved your lane ahead of time you got a waitress to help serve you. There is a bar and food place inside and the sampler wasn't too bad except the wings. They ran out of 2 sauces I wanted so I had to settle for Buffalo sauce. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or the actual wings that made me feel sick. When I got to my lane the bowling ball rack was full of balls and left no place for my ball. Apparently nobody puts their ball back when they are done bowling and neither do the employees, I had to remove 10 balls. Like usual the bowlers next to me had no etiquette and not wait their turn.
