I may have left the initial review for the wrong location, but I wanted to make sure it reach the right team…the location in the epicenter by the diner. I just wanted to say thank you to the management team at the front desk. I think we visited on Sunday, with my husband and two small children. We were checking out and they noticed the tshirts and saw we’re expecting a boy finally! The 3 of them were just as excited as we were like they were hoping for a boy too! And that alone got my children excited all over again. So, thank you for pouring into our family joy like you were family as well.

Every single employee that we interacted with was such a positive helpful kind person. We did the VIP private session with unlimited food, drinks/alcohol, and bowling for our group of 10. It was such a great time everyone loved it. The staff did everything they could to make sure we had a good time. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

Located inside the old Epic center charlotte!! This building is so big and empty the bowling alley is standing strong tho.. Nice family spot to bowl music playing arcade games to play and good customer service!!

Jeremiah was a great host. We walked in my friend, and I unprepared not sure of what we wanted to do in his customer service was exceptionally the perv. He talked to us about the game rates and how things were running and how the pins were strings like he was very thorough in his introduction and we were just like so elated to go and roll and drink and have a good time overall he should run the store because his energy brings ownership. He could literally sell ice to Antarctica great time and the music is also really good.

Our son played some games. Honestly it wasn't an affordable spot for us. We had the opportunity to come and explore the area. For us it wasn't feasible to spend that kind of money, especially with us wanting to do other activities. The games were decent. Place was really nice.

Bowlero Charlotte truly saved the day for our team. After our original team building venue canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, their staff stepped in without hesitation and welcomed our group of 30+ guests, opening their facility nearly two hours ahead of normal operating hours to accommodate us. The team’s flexibility, professionalism, and genuine hospitality turned a stressful situation into an incredible experience. From start to finish, everything was well organized, the atmosphere was energetic and fun, and the staff made sure every member of our group felt taken care of. We are extremely grateful for their partnership and commitment to service. I highly recommend Bowlero Charlotte for team building events, group outings, or a fun night out, they go above and beyond to create a memorable experience.

This place is awesome. Bummed out for being snowed in on my anniversary with my bf looking for something to do and they were open!! There were only 2 guys working but they were rockstars with awesome attitudes and took great care of us and really made a great start to a wonderful anniversary.

My husband and I had a great time bowling here. Friendly staff and good bar service. Not sure why all the negative reviews. We didn't eat so I can't rate the food but we had a great experience and would definitely return if we are in the area again.
