We had such a great experience at Lucky Strike! Davis was incredibly helpful and kind when we had an issue with one of the claw machines. He came over right away, assisted us, and made the whole experience so much better with his positive attitude and excellent customer service. The entire place was clean, gorgeous, and had such a fun atmosphere. You can tell the staff truly care about the guests. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great food! Rolled into town late on a Sunday night and no one was open for food. Someone pointed us in the direction of lucky strike, and it did not disappoint. Great double smash burger and the fries are perfect!

All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful, but they gave us top shelf booze in our drinks even though we didn't ask for it so that ended up costing us extra. The food was decent. The house balls are only even-numbered weights (6, 8, 10, 12, 14) and unfortunately for me the medium holes are too small and the large holes are too big so I can't bowl as well as I usually do. The furniture on the lanes is comfy but kind of crowded so you're always having to squeeze past someone or waiting for them to get out of the way. The whole place is rather large and there's plenty of parking, so it will easily accommodate whatever size group you show up with. It wasn't very full when we were there which was nice and relaxing. I imagine it can be quite a zoo when there are a lot of people there.

My fiance and I originally went to the Denver 16th Street location, but had a terrible experience with the employees being so rude on top of not accepting our Groupon (which took us directly to that location and we had to pay for parking, of course). Upset and feeling like our evening was on the verge of being wasted, we decided to call the Lone Tree location to verify if they would accept our Groupon. Jayden, who politely introduced himself confirmed that we should have been able to use the Groupon at every single Lucky Strike and Bowlero location and to come on over, they would be happy to have us. He was very professional and kind. Jasmine helped us get our shoes and was incredibly welcoming as she immediately accepted our groupon and was super positive and sweet. We had a 100% better experience at the Lone Tree location and were shocked at the lack basic customer service at the Denver location. We will be returning to the Lone Tree location, not Denver, and will advise others to do

2026 February We visited Lucky Strike and had a good overall experience. There was plenty of parking, and even though it was very busy, the staff stayed helpful and friendly. Our waitress in the bowling area was especially nice and attentive. The arcade was fun and well-kept. The food was just okay, but everything else made for an enjoyable outing. Have fun!
