Wonderful Birthday Experience We rented this place for two hours for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and honestly, we were so impressed with the experience! The place was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, and the service was even better than we expected. A special thank you to Gina, who was absolutely wonderful and helped us with everything throughout the event. She was so kind, patient, and attentive, and we truly appreciate all of her help in making my daughter’s birthday special. Jose, the Operations Supervisor, was also a great help. He was very friendly, responsible, professional, and made sure everything was running smoothly. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The food was delicious as well! Everything was fresh, clean, and nicely organized. The pizza, chicken tenders, and fries were all really good, and our guests enjoyed the food. Overall, we had a wonderful experie

Great prices. Excellent staff. Excellent prices. The lanes and house bowling balls need some TLC but it was still a great time. The shape of the lanes is made up for in the overall experience.

My bf and I went here for a day date and we were not disappointed!! Jose was welcoming and so attentive!!! We stayed and played 5 games. It was such a great date! We will definitely be back!

I like Bowlero Niles. I like the atmosphere, the music, the screen display, the automatic scoring (sometimes it can be off with the pins). I have a good time every time I bowl at Bowlero Niles. I have fun each time! I remember when when this bowling alley was called ”Brunswick Niles Bowl“ back in the 1980s.
