Went on this past Saturday with our married couples. Showed up at 11 am and got unlimited bowling for 3 hours. Great deal ans friendly staff. I would give 5 stars but $16 for a large coffee is diabolical! They need to do better than that.

Friendly helpful staff who are ready to provide quality service. I enjoy bowling on a league at this facility and getting together with my bowling friends on a weekly basis. Grateful for stringless bowling pins, resulting in great pin action. The food on the menu is good. Great bartender who always has a smile. There are 32 lanes of bowling available for all levels of skill and all ages. There are assistive devices available to make a first time experience for a child lots of fun with elimination of recurring gutter balls - just ask the staff for gutter rails and if you think it will help, ask for a slide for your child to roll the bowling ball down. Get place for a fun birthday party of all ages. There is an arcade with various types of games. And for those 21 years and older there are pool tables in the bar area. Great gathering place.

Awesome place! It just really sucks that they don't open until 5:00 during the week because it would be nice to be able to come and practice while my kid is at school. The lady at the counter was great with my son who loved the arcade while I threw some games. I like how there's tables by the alleys.

If I could give a billion stars, I absolutely would. We celebrated my son’s 9th birthday at Bowlero, and I can honestly say it was one of the best birthday experiences our family has ever had. My son had the time of his life, and every single kid — and honestly every adult too — left smiling, laughing, and talking about how much fun they had. The most incredible part? I booked everything at the very last minute. I was worried it might be stressful or difficult to pull together on short notice, but the General Manager, Melissa, completely saved the day. She was beyond accommodating, incredibly generous with her time, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything came together perfectly. She didn’t just help organize the event — she made the whole celebration come to life. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make it happen meant the world to us. I’m truly grateful and wish I could leave a thousand — no, a billion — thank-yous and reviews for her. O

I love this place! I am new to bowling, and never really thought I would like it, but the environment here is so fun and exciting, that it made the entire experience perfect for me. The service was great, and the food came out fast when we got hungry. I'll be back many times!

My family and I have made this our home bowling alley thanks to Melissa (an amazing person) and the rest of the staff (they’re all very friendly and welcoming). We always have a great time bowling here, and they don’t have the annoying string pin bowling system (looking at you, Empire Bowl). A+. Keep up the good work!

We hosted our company team party at Bowlero San Bernardino Tuesday 9/9/25 (6-8 PM), and I want to give a huge shout-out to the manager and bartender for their outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, the manager made us feel welcome, checked in often to make sure everything was running smoothly, and handled our group with professionalism and a friendly attitude. The bartender was just as impressive--quick, attentive, and personable. Drinks were made perfectly and came out fast, even with a busy bar. Their positive energy really added to the whole experience and made our event that much better.

They refused to let me buy a pitcher of soda; when I purchased individual sodas, which come with free refills, they refused to give us refills.

Taking my balls back to the pro shop today.... the man is a very nice guy. Drilled my dad's new balls good. However, my thumbs aren'tright. He didn't have the size tips I use so we tried others. Still a tad small.... there was a few new scratches and gouges In my new ball after the work . can't get these balls off my hand and almost killed myself In league 5x last night. I hope he can fix these thumbs. These are two high end balls and I shouldn't need to plug n re drill. But let's hope he can make an adjustment. Besides that... he's seems like a great guy. Was prob just in a hurry or overwhelmed.
