I always have a good time coming here. People are always kind. Erica Whitney had absolutely excellent customer service skills and felt like a genuinely relatable and real person which is rare to see.

Such a fun experience! Staff was so kind and interactive. They recognized us from a school trip and complimented us. They also gave our family a $20 off coupon for coming again! Best good and drink I've ever gotten. Just so fun and made my afternoon so enjoyable!

Friendly staff and lots of good music

As far as amenities go, it’s extremely nice. But the lanes are way too slick, if you’re the type of bowler that likes to put a spin on the ball. It will not catch at all. Other than that, great atmosphere and the staff is fantastic as well!

Love it! My favorite bowling alley of all times. Employees are personable and facility is clean! The atmosphere is set for a good time!

Wonderful place. Fun games and bowling. My grandson's 8th birthday party was celebrated here. The party package is awesome. The birthday person received a regular bowling pin for the party guest to autograph as a keepsake gift.

Fun bowling and staff but a tad expensive for the couple of frames we bowled.

We love coming here to play pool and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially brittany, she saw my friend and i having a hard day a few weeks ago and did not hesitate to cheer us up immediately. We’re very appreciative of her and her welcoming and warm personality. Im very satisfied with my experience at bowlero because of her.

Came in for a birthday party today and Erica's hospitality was over and beyond. No words can describe it. It's hard to come by anyone now a days, in any business, that show genuine empathy for guests. First time walking into the place the first impression was amazing. Thank you, truly. We will be back.

Went here for an unplanned birthday party for a 5 y.o and had a great experience. The manager Brittany was helpful and made it easy as we had children who've never bowled and adults. She was present throughout the alley, and her staff were friendly and prompt.
