I dont know if this is what all Lucky strike locations are like, but the customer service was excellent!! Everyone was SOOOO nice. We havent bowled in years, but we are going to again soon after the wonderful experience we had at the woodridge location!

Hosted my husband's birthday party at the Lucky Strike Woodridge location (14 people). From start to end, we had an outstanding experience. The team was very responsive and able to fit us in with very little notice; party packages, pricing, and contract were clear. The night of the event was amazing . Upon arrival we met Darrell, the Operations supervisor, and knew we were in excellent hands. He helped us get settled in, accomidated a couple of food adjustments, and was close by all evening for questions/requests. We chose the Golden Frame package which came with unlimed pizza, fries, soda/water, cheesburger sliders, wings/tneders, and funnel fries. The food was delicious and everyone had more than enough to eat. It was a great night - highly recommend!

We love going to Bowlero in Woodridge! The staff was warm and very helpful. We had 2 preschoolers with us and we had great help getting the bumpers up and ramps for the kids. On our second visit the lane stopped working and they easily moved us to another lane. We went on a Sunday afternoon and things were not busy.

Great for dates and parties. We love the wings and fried cauliflower. Good drinks with a wide variety of cocktails,beer, seltzers, soft drinks, and red bulls.

it is a very friendly bowling alley. Awesome food. Friendly staff. However, my one complaint is that they do not post their prices online. Even when I had selected the Woodridge location it said pricing varies by location. My suggestion would be to have prices listed on each locations menu.

Fantastic bowling spot, but the best part is the arcade! The area is also across from Lost Mountain Adventure Golf, so you can plan a whole day of fun activities!

Haley at the Bowlero in Woodridge was absolutely phenomenal and truly set the bar for excellent customer service. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure our experience was perfect. She catered to our every need with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude that made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but clearly cares about the customer experience—and Halie does exactly that. Because of her, our visit was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. She is a true asset to this location, and we really hope she receives the special recognition she deserves. We’ll absolutely be back because of her outstanding service!

It's a fun place. And the staff there on-site were extremely friendly and helpful. My only issue was calling and getting through to someone earlier that day. Much improvement needs to occur there. I called many times with no answer and finally someone and put me on hold for a long time. Otherwise we enjoyed the experience.

Went for a birthday party, and already made plans to come back for a girls night out. Staff was super friendly and attentive. The facility is clean with a fun vibe. Food was great. I honestly can’t say anything negative.

I bowl here on a weekly Sunday league. The facility is very clean, including the bathrooms! The employees are very friendly and helpful and their food is really good! I highly recommend visiting Bowlero Woodridge!

As bowling alleys are falling 1 by 1 regularly, this center does a good job taking care of the lanes and machines while upgrading everything else and staying Modern. Managed well with reasonable prices. Great for league, open bowling and parties.

Clean facility, shoes that I rented were clean and not wore down, they have XXL size bowling balls for my giant fingers, and the computerized scorekeeping worked flawlessly. Knocking off a star due to slow bar service.

Came in for a brief bowling outing. They have sox in case you forget to wear them for an additional cost. If you will be there for more than 2 games, get the unlimited bowl option.
