SPONSOR: Lucky Strike Entertainment (“LSE”), 7313 Bell Creek Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23111.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to residents of the United States, its commonwealths, territories, and possessions, and/or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old (“Entrant(s)”). Entrant must have an email address to enter, which is free to create. Employees of Sponsor, any advertising, promotional, or other agencies involved in the creation, development, or administration of the Promotion, and any of its or their direct or indirect parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win. The Promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entry in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes.This Promotion is not endorsed, sponsored, administered by, or associated with Meta, and each Entrant hereby releases Meta from any and all liability in connection herewith.

TIMING: The Promotion begins at 9:00 AM on May 11, 2026, and ends at 5:00 PM on May 22, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer shall be the official time keeping device for the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, sign up to receive emails from us by providing a valid email address. Each Entrant may enter the Promotion once. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria for this Promotion. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

As a condition of entering the Promotion, you consent to (i) Sponsor obtaining and delivering your name, email address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering the Promotion and complying with applicable laws, rules and regulations, (ii) the collection, storage and use of your personally identifiable information by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and (iii) the publication of your information as described under Publicity Release should you be selected and confirmed as the Winner of a Prize.

WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: On or around May 29, 2026, two (2) potential prize winner(s) (“Winner(s)”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period as described above. Sponsor’s selection of the potential Winner(s) (or any alternates if necessary) is final, binding, and conclusive on all matters relating to the Promotion. Winners will be notified through the email address provided, as well as at the telephone number provided (if any).

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Each potential Winner is subject to verification by Sponsor and is not a winner unless and until that Entrant’s eligibility has been verified and Entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

Receiving a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Each potential Winner will be required to execute certain documents, including a confirming the Winner’s eligibility and providing a release of liability and certain publicity rights(collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, does not wish to accept the Prize, or fails to sign and return the Prize Claim Documents within 2 days, that potential Winner forfeits the Prize and an alternate Winner will be selected by a random drawing from among all other eligible Entrants. Only one alternate drawing will take place, and any Prizes not awarded as a result of such alternate drawing will go unawarded.

PRIZE: Each Winner will receive two (2) tickets (each ticket of up to a value of $500, for a total value of up to $1,000 per Prize) to attend a concert event at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida. Winner will select tickets from the event options available at https://www.kaseyacenter.com/events, and must select tickets by June 30, 2026. Eligible event options do not include Miami Heat games. Tickets are subject to availability of seats at time of selection, and all other limitations, terms and conditions of the Kaseya Center’s Terms of Use. Prize does not include airfare, travel to venue, hotel accommodations, or any other expenses associated with the selected concert. Total Approximate Retail Value of each Prize: $1,000. No cash equivalent. No substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value if the Prize should become unavailable for any reason.

TAX LIABILITY: Winners are solely responsible for all tax reporting and potential tax liability associated with the Prize.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, in any and all media, manner, and formats now known or hereafter devised, without further payment or consideration

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the decisions of Sponsor. By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that all of the information provided as part of your entry is accurate, does not violate any third party’s legal rights (including, without limitation, rights of privacy and publicity) and otherwise does not violate applicable law.

By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective direct or indirect parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each such company’s officers, directors, equity holders, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all losses, liability, illness, injury, claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prizes to randomly-selected Entrants from among all eligible Entrants up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any Entrant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (e) cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of the selected concert event; and/or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of the Prize. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any Prize awarded shall governed by the laws of the state of New York, and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, according to the Terms of Use, Section 16, through individual arbitration.
