Such a clean, well kept (all games are working properly), and entertaining venue. The staff has always been extraordinarily friendly and attentive - even the security. We regularly frequented the Lakeview location that just recently closed, due to the high traffic in the area here. I have to say, it's actually very simple and affordable to drive or take CTA over here for a comfortable time. We had a small hiccup with a pending charge when visiting, and these guys cleared that up with ease - and even gave provided extra compensation on top of the computer error without hesitation. The prizes are super cool (drones, headphones, cotton candy machines, game systems, and stuffies). Alejandro was our bartender just the other night, and he was so funny, quick to serve and on top of customer service. Jerry was the manager that resolved a silly issue we had with our bank from the week before, and what a charasmatic individual he was. This is one of the only genuine gaming locations left here in

Super fun! Reminds me of old school cosmic bowling but slightly elevated. A little pricey but there's lots of fun games and decent food

Honestly worried with the reviews, and going on a Friday night. I got a 2 hour Groupon, and time went by quickly. Luckily, pretty empty. Staff was pretty helpful in TV channel requests. Drinks were decently priced: moscow mule $13 maplewood son of juice $11 Auto 18% was a bit unexpected. Definitely get a Groupon if you plan on visiting!

Quite the spot. Took my amazing date here for our 4th date. YES, 4TH. And what a choice. Security was top notch right from the start with a bag search, and once we got inside, the energy was immaculate. The staff was incredibly friendly, and everyone in the arcade was just as enthusiastic about playing as we were. At one point, my date even got randomly dapped up by a friendly stranger!! But THAT'S the thing about this place. It creates an atmosphere where everyone feels like they're part of the fun. Bring the kids. Bring the date. Bring the friends. Bring whoever you want because this place knows how to make a good time happen. We walked out with the coolest little prizes, a bunch of memories, and the very strong realization that we gotta come back. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could.

Came from Ohio to celebrate my sons 21st birthday... Arrived at 1:25am only for the doors to be locked. Not cool at all, missed a last call anywhere because of this mess. UPDATED We went the next day before we left Chicago & had an amazing time!!

My first time here and it was a happening place to play lots of arcades and lots of bowling lanes. Great service and lots of bars. Today was a great event for 3 Latino DJ's for the 4tb of July holiday. Great sale for bowling. Great music for the venue.

A special shoutout to our server, Jeremy, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We'd also like to recognize Aaron, the porter, who did an outstanding job keeping our lane clean and making sure we were comfortable during our entire stay. His attention to detail and hard work definitely didn't go unnoticed. The excellent customer service from both Jeremy and Aaron made our experience even better. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time!

Came in on a busy Friday night and the bartender Jose honestly made the whole experience better. Even with a full crowd, they stayed quick and organized, and we never had to wait long for drinks. Super friendly and easy to talk to they kept the energy fun which fit perfectly with the bowling vibe. They even recommended a drink that ended up being one of my favorites of the night. Definitely one of the best parts of the visit. I’d come back and sit at the bar again for sure. Thank you to Jose!
