We get it: sometimes plan change. An accurate headcount keeps us in the game!

If you need to reduce your headcount, let us know up to 48 hours prior to the event date so we can reallocate the difference towards other items for your event (such as additional arcade credit or food & beverage). Same day changes are not guaranteed.

While we do allow you to add guests to your headcount until the day of your party, we cannot always guarantee accommodations to group size. It’s important to provide an accurate headcount at the time of booking so we can ensure we are holding enough space for your group.

Our cancellation policy for parties and events at Lucky Strike is based on how far in advance you cancel, with a nonrefundable commitment built into every booking.

Nonrefundable commitment:

• Upon signing your event contract, 10% of the total fees and charges becomes a nonrefundable and noncancelable commitment, regardless of when the event is cancelled

Cancellation windows:

• More than 30 days before the event: You can cancel and receive a full refund of all fees previously paid, less the 10% nonrefundable commitment

• Within 30 days of the event: No refunds are issued. You remain responsible for the full contracted amount, including all fees and charges

Rescheduling your event:

• Events cannot be rescheduled without our express prior written consent

• Events rescheduled within 30 days of the original date are subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the combined Minimum Total Spend plus any add-on services
