When you submit sensitive payment information via the online payments website (, your information is protected both online and offline.


Before submitting your online payment, you can verify that you are operating in a secure environment by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page where your personal information is being entered. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that we use is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It is designed to encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. In addition, we do not store or decrypt any sensitive information anywhere in the Lucky Strike proprietary environment. Such information is transmitted in encrypted form directly to our credit card processor. In rare cases, we may obtain credit card account information from said processor for the purpose of resubmitting or reversing a prior transaction, but such action is only permissible by a small group of authorized personnel, and even authorized personnel are not permitted under any circumstances to store or communicate such account information outside the necessary and secure payment environment.
